HOT DOG RELISH 
4 c. ground onion
4 c. ground cabbage
6 ground colored peppers
1/2 c. salt
4 c. green tomatoes
12 ground green peppers
6 c. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard seed
4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
2 c. water

Bring to rolling boil. Simmer 3 minutes. Place in prepared jars and seal.

Makes 4 1/2 qt.
