10 c. ground zucchini squash
4 c. onions, chopped fine
5 tbsp. salt

Mix all together and soak overnight. Rinse. 4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. tumeric 5 tsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. celery seed 2 bell peppers, green 1 bell pepper, red (if can't find red use pimento for color)

Mix all together and with zucchini and onion mixture. heat all together for 30 minutes (simmer). Put into hot jars and seal.
