HOT DOG RELISH 
4 c. ground onions
4 c. ground cabbage
4 c. green tomatoes
12 green peppers
6 sweet red peppers
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
6 c. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. vinegar
2 c. water

Grind vegetables using coarse blade. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Heat to boiling, then simmer 3 minutes. Seal.

Makes 8 to 10 pints.
