VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 c. chopped celery
1 chopped cauliflower
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
2 shredded carrots
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can French style green beans
1 sm. can peas
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can mushrooms

Drain all vegetables. Toss together and pour following dressing over all.

DRESSING:

1 c. corn oil
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. salt
Pepper

Combine.
