VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can French green beans
1 can LeSueur peas
1 can white shoepeg corn
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green onion and tops
1 jar pimento

SAUCE:

1 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper

Wash and drain beans, peas and corn. Combine with other vegetables. Put sauce ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil, let cool. Pour over vegetables ina non-metal container. Stir with wooden spoon. Can be made several days ahead.
