SHOEPEG SALAD 
1 can French style green beans
1 can LeSeuer peas
4 oz. jar pimento, chopped
1 can shoepeg corn
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Drain all vegetables.

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. water

Combine all ingredients. Bring to boil. Cool and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight. Will keep for weeks.
