1 pkg. hot roll mix

Follow the package directions. Let the mixture rise. Pat it down in the pan you want to bake in. Put fruit on top (anything you want, canned cherries or apples are good). Let rise for 1 hour until double in bulk. Bake according to package directions.

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. sour cream
2-3 tbsp. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. flour

Mix and pour on hot coffee cake.
