1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil

In a separate bowl:

1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 green apples, pared and sliced

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs and sour cream and oil. Beat 5 minutes. Pour 1/2 batter into greased 10 inch tube pan, arrange 1/2 apple slices on top, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and nut mixture. Cover with remaining batter, then cover with remaining sugar and cinnamon and apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool in pan for 30 minutes.
