EASY APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
3 eggs
1 regular pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat pie filling and eggs together. Stir in cake mix and beat well. Put in buttered pan, jelly roll size (10 1/4 x 15 1/4 x 1 inches). Top with nuts. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle over nuts. Bake about 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until tester is clean. Serve warm. This also freezes well.
