2 2/3 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 2/3 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter, sugar and oil and add eggs and beat together. Alternate the flour, cinnamon, soda mixture with the buttermilk and mix together, add vanilla. Pour in a greased 17 x 11 inch pan (cookie sheet with sides). Bake 20 minutes or until done at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Cream together butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Blend in powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add nutmeats and spread over warm (not hot) cake.
