1 Duncan Hines all butter or yellow cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can Coco Lopez creme de coconut
Sm. Cool Whip
Flake coconut

Prepare cake mix as directed except bake in sheet pan. Poke holes with fork in cake. Combine Eagle Brand milk and creme do coconut; pour over cake. Spread Cool Whip on cake; sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate over night.
