2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter

Mix flour and sugar. In a saucepan bring 1/2 stick of butter, 1/2 cup Wesson oil, 1/2 cup cocoa and one cup of water to a boil. Add dry ingredients to the liquid. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla and mix well. Pour into a sheet cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. This is definitely not just another chocolate cake!
