EASIEST EVER CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA
FUDGE
 
3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Dash salt
1 (8 oz.) jar macadamia nuts (other nuts can be substituted)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat and add nuts, salt and vanilla. Spread into wax paper-lined 8-inch square pan and chill until firm. Peel off paper and cut into squares. Yield: about 2 pounds.
