CHOCOLATE -WALNUT BROWNIES 
2/3 c. reduced calorie butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. egg substitute
3 tbsp. evaporated skimmed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. diced walnuts
Vegetable cooking spray

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add egg substitute, milk and vanilla; beat well.

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in walnuts. Spoon into an 8" square pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack; cut into squares. Yield: 16 servings. 114 calories per brownie.
