1 (24 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 lg. boxes vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Crush cookies in blender. Set aside. In large bowl, beat sugar, butter, cream cheese, pudding, and milk until creamy. Add Cool Whip until smooth. Spoon into new flower pot, starting with cookie mixture and alternating with pudding mixture and ending with cookie mixture. Garnish with artificial flower and gummy worms.
