1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreos, crushed
1/2 c. softened butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Mix pudding with milk. Let stand a few minutes. Add vanilla. Add to butter-cream cheese mixture. Mix well.

Put half of cookies in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour mixture over cookies. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Let stand overnight.

Refrigerate.
