1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3.4 oz.) French vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Grind Oreos in blender until in fine crumbs. Set aside. Cream together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Set aside.

Mix pudding according to directions on package. Blend Cool Whip into pudding. Blend in cream cheese mixture. Layer in a plastic flower pot - start with Oreos, then cheese, Oreos, cheese and last Oreos. Put in plastic flowers and gummy worms.
