1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
2 large vanilla instant puddings (family size)
6 cups milk
1 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Grind Oreo cookies until they are fine. Set aside. Prepare vanilla pudding as shown on boxes. Add softened cream cheese and Cool Whip to pudding.

In flower pot, layer as follows: some Oreos, half of pudding mix, more Oreos, rest of pudding, Oreo top (dirt).

Finally, add a flower and gummy worms - don't forget the shovel!
