1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 can beets, sm., whole

Mix sugar and cornstarch together. Add orange juice, vinegar and water. Boil until thick. Pour over beets.
