SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. rich milk or evaporated
1/4 c. ketchup
1 can golden mushroom soup

Oven, 350 degrees, approximately 1 hour.

Mix all together. Form into balls. Place into roaster or baking dish. Pour undiluted soup over meatballs (may use 2 cups beef gravy). Serves 4 to 6.
