SWEET TATER PIE 
1 deep dish crust
2 lbs. boiled taters (sweet) (or 1 lg. can)
1/4 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk

Preheat cookie sheet to 375 degrees. Mash taters until smooth. Add butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add cinnamon, salt and milk. Place crust on cookie sheet and fill. Cook 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
