MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. black walnuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, juice & all

Mix all ingredients and bake in long pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Spread on cake while still warm. So easy and so good. This is better to bake 2 or 3 days before using. Keep in refrigerator.
