INDIAN PUDDING 
4 tbsp. corn meal
2 pt. and 1 c. milk
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
2 well beaten eggs

Heat 1 pint milk, when boiling stir in 4 tablespoon corn meal. Cook 10 minutes let cool. Add 1 pint cold milk, 1 1/2 cup molasses, salt and cinnamon, sugar and eggs to the corn meal and milk mixture. Pour into casserole dish bake 1/2 hour and add 1 cup cold milk and piece of butter and stir. Continue baking for 2 1/2 more hours at 350 degrees.
