INDIAN PUDDING 
4 tbsp. cornmeal
1 pt. milk
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 eggs, beaten
1 pt. milk
1/2 c. raisins

Cook cornmeal and 1 pint milk until thick. Cool. Add all the rest of ingredients. Turn into greased dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Pour in 1 cup cold milk. Slowly bake 2 hour sat 300 degrees. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
