NO BAKE BLUEBERRY PIE | |
4 c. blueberries 1 9" pie crust, baked 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 1/3 c. flour 3 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt Place 3 cups blueberries in pie crust. Mix 1 cup blueberries with sugar, flour and water. Stir over heat until thick and clear. Place mixture in blender; blend until smooth, adding butter and salt. Pour over berries in pie crust and refrigerate 4 hours. Top with whipped cream. |
