ZITI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ziti
2 c. (1 lb.) Ricotta cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced (about 1 cup)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, (2 oz.)
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 c. homemade meat sauce (recipe follows)

Cook ziti and drain, following label directions. While noodles are cooking, make filling. Combine ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Layer ziti, filling and meat sauce in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, starting and ending with sauce. Bake in moderate oven (350 degree) for 40 minutes.
