SHRIMP LAMAZE 
3 lbs. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
2 c. chili sauce
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. India relish
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1 tsp. chopped chives
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, except shrimp, together and chill. When ready to serve, arrange shrimp on lettuce beds. Spoon chilled sauce over the top. Serves 6.
