TURTLES 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. Karo white syrup
6 Hershey candy bars (plain)
Bag pecan halves

Mix together milk and syrup. Cook until caramel stage (soft ball) off white and mixture turns a little brown, stirring constantly.

Place on greased pan 3 pecan halves per turtle. Pour 1 tsp. of caramel mixture over pecans, then put 1 1/2 squares Hershey candy bar on top. After all caramels are done, swirl chocolate over the caramels.
