CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
12 oz. Sea Legs (imitation crabmeat), pulled into sm. pieces
1 c. mayonnaise
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 med. chopped green pepper
8 oz. can sliced, drained water chestnuts
2 1/2 oz. sliced can drained mushrooms

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2-quart casserole dish. Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs. Pour into dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
