CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
4 oz. jar pimento
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. cooked crabmeat (imitation may be used)
1 c. white bread edged and diced

In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, milk, and seasonings. Add pimento, green pepper, and crab. Stir in bread. Spread in 8 x 12 buttered pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, insert knife, should come out clean.
