CRABMEAT CASSEROLE | |
2 cans mushroom soup 3/4 c. sherry 1 lb. crabmeat (cut up) 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained, cut 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. sliced celery Worcestershire sauce, dash 1 c. sliced canned mushrooms 8 oz. chow mein noodles Mix all together ingredients except noodles. Place in casserole and top with chow mein noodles. Bake, uncovered, moderate oven 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. 8 generous servings. |
