RICOTTA BISCUITS 
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. Ricotta
1/2 lb. melted butter
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat eggs well then add vanilla and Ricotta and melted butter. Then add all dry ingredients, mix with wooden spoon. Then drop on cookie sheet by teaspoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 120 minutes.

FROSTING:

Use confectioners' sugar with milk.
