GLAZED RAISIN - CINNAMON
BISCUITS
 
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. raisins
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Vanilla Glaze (below)

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients except Vanilla Glaze until dough forms; beat 20 strokes. Turn onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Gently roll to coat; shape into ball. Knead 10 times.

Roll 1/4 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter dipped in baking mix. Bake on greased cookie sheet until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Spread with Vanilla Glaze while warm. Yield: 10 biscuits.

VANILLA GLAZE:

Beat 2/3 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon warm water and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla until smooth.
