GLAZED RAISIN BISCUITS 
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
Vanilla glaze

Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add egg and milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 4 or 5 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with vanilla glaze.

VANILLA GLAZE:

2/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. vanilla
