GLAZED RAISIN - CINNAMON
BISCUITS
 
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. raisins
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

GLAZE:

2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. warm water
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients except glaze until dough forms; beat 20 strokes. Turn dough onto surface dusted with Bisquick. Gently roll to coat; shape into ball. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter dipped in Bisquick. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Spread with glaze while warm. 12 to 15 biscuits.

GLAZE: Beat powdered sugar, warm water and vanilla until smooth.
