SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper

Mix together 1 cup bread crumbs and about 1/2 teaspoon sage. Mix milk, soup and egg together. Alternate in layers with all ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly.
