PEACH PRESERVE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar

Cream this together then add:

3 beaten egg yolks
2 c. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. peach preserves
3 egg whites

Bake 350 about 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Blend well.
