PEACH PRESERVE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. peach preserves

Bake in layers at 350 degrees.

ICING:

2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. milk
1 c. nuts
1 orange, ground and drained
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Cook sugar and milk to hard ball stage. Stir in remaining ingredients.
