Salt pan. Brown 4 pounds hamburger and 1 cup chopped onion together, then drain. Add: 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. water 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. Accent 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 tsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Simmer about 30 minutes. Can be frozen in large seal-a-meal bags flat and will store in freezer. Can be put in crock pot ahead of time and will be ready when you need it. |
