CROUTON HAMBURGER HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, lightly browned
1 can mushrooms & juice
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. butter
7 oz. box seasoned crouton stuffing mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water

Saute onions and celery in butter. Layer hamburger, mushrooms, onions and celery in 9 x 13 inch pan. Put stuffing mix on top. Then mix soups and water and pour over the stuffing mix. Lift edges lightly with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Leave stand in oven 10 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
