HAMBURGER & RICE HOT DISH 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken & rice soup
1 1/3 c. frozen peas
1/3 c. liquid
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped onion (less onion & celery to taste)
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked rice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. cashew nuts (opt.)
Chow mein noodles

Cook celery until tender. Brown the hamburger and onion together. Mix together all the ingredients, except the chow mein noodles and put in casserole with cover on. Bake for one hour at 325 degrees. Then take out and cover with chow mein noodles. Bake 1/2 hour without cover.
