HAMBURGER HOT DISH DIVINE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
24 oz. shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (6 oz.) can French fried onion rings
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup

Brown ground beef with chopped onions. Layer beef in a 9x13 inch pan. Top with hash browns. Mix soup with sour cream; pour over potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with onion rings and bake 10 minutes longer. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
