FRESH SPINACH SALAD AND DRESSING 
DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil (Wesson)
1/2 c. dark vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together and refrigerate overnight. Pour over salad right before serving.

Salad: Fresh spinach (torn from stems); sliced mushrooms (fresh); mandarin oranges (1 can drained); sliced red onion (in rings); crumbled bacon (1 jar real Hormel); slightly roasted chopped or slivered almond; 3 sliced eggs. Mix together right before serving. Great for luncheons.
