CREAMY POTATO SOUP 
4 c. potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Combine potatoes, celery, onion, water and salt. Simmer covered for 20 minute or until potatoes are tender. Mash potatoes once or twice, leaving some whole. Stir in remaining ingredients. Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly until soup is well heated.
