TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 med. baking potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Bake potatoes in 350 degree oven until done for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cut potatoes lengthwise into halves, scoop out insides leaving a thin shell. Beat potato, butter, milk and salt until fluffy. Stir in cheese. Fill shells with the mashed potatoes. Bake 20 minutes.
