CURRY GLAZE CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, 6 thighs, 6 legs
1 clove garlic, cut
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lemon
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 tsp. curry powder
3/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 c. honey
1 tsp. soy sauce

Season dry chicken with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon over. Melt butter, curry, mustard, honey, soy sauce. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
