CHICKEN CURRY BOMBAY 
1 med. onion, cut in wedges
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 half boneless chicken breasts (skinned & sliced 1/4")
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte original style stewed tomatoes
1/3 c. Del Monte seedless raisins
1 can Del Monte whole new potatoes, drained & cut into chunks
1 (26 oz.) can Del Monte Blue Lake cut green beans, drained

In skillet, cook onion, garlic and curry in oil until tender. Stir in chicken, tomatoes and raisins; bring to boil. Cover and simmer 8 minutes. Add potatoes and green beans. Cook, uncovered 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired. 4 servings. Prep time 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 18 minutes.
