WHITE FLUFFY FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white corn syrup
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine above ingredients in top of a double boiler. Cook over boiling water and beat until mixture stand in peaks. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Continue beating until thick enough to spread. Frosts a 9 x 13 inch layer cake.
