WHITE WINE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. white wine
3/4 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In a saucepan, heat butter. Add flour. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the liquids/seasoning and simmer until thick. Good on fish, chicken or vegetables.
