MINTS 
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. flavoring (almond or mint work well)
5 cups powdered sugar
food coloring
plus enough to work in as needed

Mix and knead all ingredients. Keep working powdered sugar in until it is stiff and not sticky. If you are going to make more than one batch, it is best to do it all at once, since it is difficult to try to match colors later.
